Teen Girls Rock Life Coaching (TGR) is a for profit compassion-based company that teaches teen girls how to develop their beauty from the inside-out.  We are committed to empowering teen girls to be strong, confident, wise, and to see these and all aspects of themselves as beautiful! Yay!! 🙌🏾

What We DO:

TGR offers a series of interactive, experiential and engaging workshops called Mining Me that are designed to empower teen girls to understand their power, passions and preciousness. The Mining Me workshops are structured specifically for today’s teen girl and the internal and external challenges she faces. Mining Me teaches simple, yet effective practices for teen girls to learn how to “mine” their internal beauty, worth, and preciousness. Amazing! 💎

Here’s the Really Great Part: 

Are you ready??!!! Teen Girls Rock is excited to bring four transformational Mining Me Workshops to Clearwater Clinic this November!  Our workshop’s theme is Such As I am…I am a Precious Gift – Zora Neale Hurston. So the question is:  Does your daughter truly know how precious she is? 🫶🏾

Dates:  November 1, 8, 15, & 22
Time: 11-12:30 p.m.
Limited Space:  15 girls max, ages 13-19
Cost:  $600
Interview Required:  Yes
